This policy explains what information Melius Studio collects when you visit this site and how it is used. The short version: not much is collected, it's used only to respond to you, and it's never sold or shared with anyone.

What information is collected

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any message or details you choose to include

This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or cookies of any kind. No data is collected passively while you browse.

How your information is used

Form submissions are processed through Netlify and delivered to me by email. Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate throughout the project. It is not used for marketing, added to any mailing list, or shared with third parties.

How long it's kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential project. If you'd like your information removed, just email and it will be deleted promptly.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify. By submitting the contact form you agree to their processing of form data on my behalf. Netlify's own privacy policy governs how they handle infrastructure-level data (e.g. server logs, IP addresses).

No other third-party services are used on this site — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad networks.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted. To do so, contact me directly at the email address on the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Significant changes will be noted here.
